We understand that mistakes happen, which is why no restocking fees will be charged, however, any shipping costs incurred, including ads with free shipping, are non-refundable. Any defective parts or mistakes made by SAE Parts will be refunded and shipped back at no cost to you. Any packages returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to you.
