Encore, Inc. a subsidiary of SRC Holdings Corporation changes name to SRC Logistics, Inc.

Springfield, MO Encore Inc. announces their name change to SRC Logistics, Inc.

In 1994 SRC Holdings Corporation established Encore Inc. as a centralized core processing center to serve their remanufacturing customers. Over time services expanded to include asset recovery, distribution and warehousing.

“The recent growth and popularity of reverse logistics combined with strong customer demand for our specialized supply chain services moved us to invest heavily in our business” said Jeff Decarlis, General Manager of SRC Logistics, Inc.  “We felt that SRC Logistics more appropriately reflects our commitment to servicing our customers as well as our parent company and subsidiaries” continued Decarlis.    

The company’s recent move into a 410,000 square foot facility and it’s central US location makes SRC Logistics Inc. an attractive partner for companies in the on an off road OEM market.  In addition, the new facility is located within thirty miles of eight remanufacturing facilities which greatly reduces transportation expenses between the reverse logistics core return facility and remanufacturing plant.
