Oil Change set-up, consisting of:
New tank system; (3)38 gallon fresh oil tanks and (1) 55 gallon waste oil tank, encased within a
steel frame, equipped with the following:
(1) GRACO brand Fire-ball 5:1, air operated piston pump for fresh oil
(1) GRACO brand in-line air regulator for air pressure control on pumps
(1) GRACO brand series 500, spring retractable oil reel with 50 ft of 1/2 high pressure oil hose
(1) GRACO brand PM5, electronic programmable oil dispensing gun
(2) GRACO brand pump, reel and dispensing gun, connected exclusively to 1 of the 3 fresh oil tanks for 1 5w40 diesel oil. This configuration makes it easier for those wanting to service many diesel fleets.
(1) Custom designed ball valve manifold for fresh oil tank selection
(1) GRACO brand Husky 716, air operated diaphragm pump, reversible operation for waste oil reverse pumping into tank from waste oil pan (or) pumping waste oil out of the tank.
(1) Custom designed waste oil drain pan, with attachments for pumping waste oil out of the pan and into the waste oil tank. (NO pouring, NO possible spills)
(1) 25 ft Rubber hose for pumping waste oil from drain pan into waste tank (or) out for emptying waste tank
(1) COX REELS brand spring retractable air reel with 50 ft of 3/8 quality rubber hose and coupler.
(1) VACULA brand, model 15-1071, oil & fluid evacuator system, self drain mounted on waste oil tank
(1) Set of VACULA assorted dip stick probes, including the costly 72 ft long one for transmission service
(1) HONDA brand gasoline powered, 13 hp air compressor; electric start, 175 psi, 2 stage, 30 gallon
(1) 1, 000 Watt Electric Power Inverter for Lights, etc.
DIESEL SERVICE KIT: consists of (1)21 pc. 3/4 drive Socket set, (1) 14 pc. extra long 3/8 thru 11/4 Wrench set, (3) diesel size oil filter wrenches, (1)12 extra long screwdriver and (1) 24 oz. Brass head hammer.
(1) CRAFTSMAN brand, spring retractable drop cord reel with trouble light
(1) CRAFTSMAN brand 500 watt halogen work light on a tripod for night service
(2) Steel shelving units for filters and product inventory (39 x 44 x 9)
