Delphi E1 Electronic Unit Injectors make rebuilt by our company.

Broken parts change with original spare parts during rebuilt process and they make calibration according to their original values. You can see some of sample numbers and some of pictures of our rebuilt injectors following the page.

Email us your Injector Part Number or your Engine Serial Number (or Serial Number) If we have them in stock we ship them out, if not we can assemble them or rebuild yours.


REBUILT PROCESS :


- All injectors are completely disassembled, inspected and resurfaced.

- All surfaces machined.

- All o'rings and seals replaced.

- Nozzle, nozzle springs and spring seats tested and replaced if necessary.

- Spring cage resurfaced.

- Solenoid is tested and replaced if necessary.

- Plunger is tested and replaced if necessary.

- Actuator is tested and replaced if necessary.

- Then the injector is assembled and Calibrated through a FLOW TEST.

We supply rebuilt injectors with protector oil in protecting carton box.
