Important Core Policies for your information:
- There is a $75 Core Charge per Injector
- Before we ship the order the core charge must be paid.
- The cores can be sent to us before the part is shipped to avoid core deposit and penalties.
- Core is the part being replaced by the product you are purchasing from us.
- Please package properly to protect from damage or loss.
- Full credit will be given for complete cores, if parts missing, broken or marks deductions may apply.
- Cores must be return 45 days from purchase.
- Core return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Cores can be returned by any carrier, and insurance is up to the purchaser. (UPS, USPS, FEDEX).
- The core returned package most include all the information of the purchaser, this will allow us to identify the person or account to send the refund.
- Core refunds will be given immediately when the cores are received.
- Refunds on Paypal show the same day for USA accounts. It may take 2 or 3 days if the account is from overseas.
Core charge info:
Options #1 Pay a deposit for the cores on paypal, we will refund you when we get the cores back. Return the cores within 45 days to avoid deductions.�âïÿý�è
OPTION #2 Call us and give us your credit card number, we will keep the card on file and we will charge for the core if we have not received the cores back within the time frame stated, "45 days".
