We are able to offer used tires for $3.45 per tire not including shipping and associated import fees(if applicable). I can get you a rough mixture of 20% 13's, 40% 14's, 40% 15's, and 20% 16's with 3mm or 3/32 to 4/32 and higher. I can also offer larger size tires at your request. If you are looking for a higher grade of used tires there will be a premium depending on your specs. Each container will hold between 1200 to 1500 tires per 40' container.
